International Monetary Fund's managing director Christine Lagarde joined Arianna Huffington on HuffPost Live to share advice that helped her cope with her own failures along the path to success.
"Accept it," Lagarde said. "Don't feel ashamed. Learn from it, and bounce back. Move on. I know it's easier said than done, but I've gone through my lot of failures myself and I think the best way is to get a grip on yourself and reflect on why you failed, and then just move on."
